I really enjoyed Don's Story, Season's Greetings..., Giantess, and the SantaLand Diaries from this book. It is hard listening to the author read all of his work though because it sounds so autobiographical and the stories feature many of the same characters, so it's difficult to keep them separate.

When you are engulfed in Flames---funny, funny, funny. I am getting ready to read it again. Anyone who has ever smoked and tried to quit will love this book. And even if you never smoked, you will laugh out loud. This book just grabs you from the start! David, you rock! I am a Raleigh girl. I grew up there, and remember the IBM infiltration---which led to the establishment of the North Hills neighborhood. In fact, in 1985, my husband and I bought a house behind Carroll Middle School. He is now my ex, but still lives there. What a great place to raise dysfunctional kids.
