I am wondering what Malcom is working on next? Can't wait to read it. I loved the Tipping Point. Although many of my friends suggested that there wasn't enough statistical rigor behind his thought but it works for me.
Interesting insight. Loved the part about ending the crime wave in NYC by cleaning up the subway. We are so affected by our surroundings.
