This book had a slow start. It is uncommon for me to be able to put a book down so easily, but the book eventually picked up and salvaged itself for the most part. The ending wasn't perfect, but at least it wasn't completely predictable either. I wouldn't recommend racing out to get this book, but it might be one to borrow from a friend or the library if you're out of reading material at home.
