After reading the Twilight saga I was left with nothing to read. I could not find anything that was "worthy" after that experience. I started searching the internet and found the articles about Author of `The Nocturne' accuses `Twilight' author of plagiarism. I thought "could there be something out there as good as Twilight to read?"
I instantly went out and bought The Nocturne trying to get my "twilight fix". The Nocturne is NOTHING like Twilight. The author is clearly inexperienced. There are so many grammatical errors, I had to re-read pages upon pages just to try to figure out what the author was trying to say. The story line wonders off and often gets lost. There are no similarities between Nocturne and Twilight at all. I thought there were many more similarities between Twilight and Abra Ebner's "Feather" and "Guardian" books.
Any suspicion I had about the legal issues w/Stephenie Meyer was put to rest after I read The Nocturne. Ms. Meyer has nothing to worry about and I hope this matter was put to rest.
Any other readers out there that feel the same way?

I never believed the rumors. I think Stephenie is too smart to even consider being caught up in a scandal like that. I'm glad you did your research and posted your findings, clearing it up for everyone.
