When I first starting reading the Stephanie Plum novels, my immediate thought for Stephanie was Sandra Bullock. Now, maybe Anne Hathaway?
The men are harder...at one point I had the perfect Ranger, but now I can't remember who it was! I'll get back to you if I remember!
Lula could be Jennifer Hudson ?
Mooner could be Matthew Gray Gubler from Criminal Minds. : )

Ranger...Benjamin Bratt comes to mind every once in a while, but I'm not sure he's Hispanic, or buff enough for that matter. ;)
Morelli, that's a hard one. I would have chosen a Johnny Depp from Chocolat, but he's not like that much anymore. Hugh Jackman is very sexy and masculine, too.
