If you enjoyed the other Odd Thomas books, you will enjoy this. Has been written in the same quirky manner as the last three books, making the caracter more real in an odd sort of way. Is a read at a sitting novel.

I really love this series of books. My only gripe is that Koontz is writing to the old reader, as well as the new. There's so much character development and back-story that the series really pops. You get a feel for what Odd is going to do, say, etc. Unfortunately, he also plays to someone who never read the first 3 and rehashes old stories repeatedly.
