Lirael Daughter of the Clayr

An excellent sequel to Sabriel, once you start this book you will not be able to put it down. I loved learning about the lives of Lirael and Sameth. Can't wait to start the next in the series. Excellent as always, a total cliffhanger. I could not put this book down. You will not be disappointed.

As a librarian, I totally identified with Lirael. Alas, there aren't any magical rooms hidden in my library! Her journey of self-discovery is gripping and I love her canine free magic creature. great dialogue. comedy.and a little love. my favorite of the series.

I love the foundation to this fantasy trilogy. It was intriguing, and the characters facinating. I read through all three within a week.
