Very engrossing book, but difficult at times. I think this is one of the best books I've ever read. The struggle for the schizophrenic brother and his twin trying to deal with it. I would recommend this book to anyone.
Although the details of this novel have escaped me (it's been years since I read it). I do recall that I was thoroughly impressed by it, so for that I will recommend I Know this Much is True. Maybe it's time to give it another go.
