more A hilarious effort at revealing the secret fancies of a 14 year old British girl - Georgia Nicolson. Angus, the cat from hell.. (literally people, the wild lands of Scotland) offers perfect comedic timing that cats on a mission tend to have. Libby the little sister is charming in her own weird little way and strangely enough offers the main character the only real sense of belonging and family, despite her tendency to spank Georgia on occasion and call her a "Bad Boy." The absurdity of girls visiting a "professional snogger" combined with the typical giggling enthusiasm of stalking your favourite 'Sex God' and the joys and torments of the British education system (so similar to the Trinbagonian system) made this book fun, entertaining and a blast to read!
A fun read! Many easy comparisons with Caribbean school systems (and all the nerve-wracking drama that comes along with it). Angus of course almost stole the show, can;t wait to read the next!
