This book reminded me of an Agatha Christie of chick lit. Potential lovers strewn about like murder suspects -- red herrings thrown in to keep you guessing. But instead of wondering 'who dunnit' you are wondering 'who will do it with who'.
Light summer read.
I read this book a couple of years ago, and the only thing which springs too mind is "Too much sex." So, there you go. If that's all that I can remember about this novel, then there must really have been too much of it.
Not bad for what it is, which is Sex and the City for the ordinary gal. Gets a bit silly later on (ie. does she really fancy so and so or really so and so etc) but plotting is not her strong point. Entertaining.
This was the first and last Marian Keyes book I will ever read. Shallow and contrived, I really struggled to finish it. I couldn't identify with a single character in it and most of the time I just wanted to slap all three of them.
I liked this book - it's not so predictable. I didn't like some parts like making people eat sushi as if life depended on it and not even offering them vegetarian sushi (no fish).... It was hard liking the first charecter you get to know in the book - I actually hated her most of the time.
