OK, some of the ingredients are a little gourmet for the "average" beginning raw foodist...but this book is a must-have, if you plan on entertaining people not accustomed to raw food! It's definitely worth having on the bookshelf!
Excellent, practicle book on raw food adventures in real world settings. Recipes are awesome. The cucumber-pineapple gazpacho is an easy favorite and the 'lasagne' was delicious and attractive.
