Part of curriculum in grade school....Boo Radley was our favourite name....found it fascinating at that time in my history and still have it on one of my bookshelves. Should be on everyone's list.........pushed the boundaries then in the 1960's Toronto.....morals, ethics, illness, racial issues....................wonderful.

I read this when I was at school as part of the curriculum. My favourite book of all time. Extremely well written - easy to read and compelling. As a consequence, the important aspects and messages in this book is easily grasped by its reader. A DEFINITELY read before you die!

I was pretty mad when we didn't get to read this book in school. It's a good book, makes you feel like traveling down south for some reason. The black and white movie is pretty good too. Children should be like this. It is a sin to kill a mocking bird. 19,742 "woot woot"s

This is a truly amazing book, sorry but if i can finish studying a book and still enjoy it, then it must be good. I think I admire the writing so much not because of it's content but because of the approach to story telling - from a childs perspective - and done so wonderfully by harper lee.

My second favorite adult book of all time. We should all be Atticus Finch in our dealings with others - honorable, courageous, forthright.
