Then the massacres begin. The Bielski brothers gather family, friends and then complete strangers into a community and end up surviving and fighting the Nazi regime.This is a book that has a lot of action and a lot of bravery. Tuvia, Zus and Asael fought for what they believed in and ended up saving their people, and finally, their story is out there for the world to read. It's unfortunate none of them lived long enough to be interviewed, but their widows, family and survivors were able to pass along their story of heroism.   hide
