Not quite as good as the first in the series, but it has it's good moments. It's doesn't try to be as funny as his others, it's almost serious.

Granny Weatherwax is a force to be reckoned with. Start with this one then read Wyrd Sisters, and finish up with Carpe Jugulum.

Re-read. One of my eminently re-readable books. Some classic scenes in there...but then put Granny Weatherwax in somewhere, and scene automatically turns out pearshaped for the world of the book, and prismatic for the reader.
