I just love Neil Gaiman. Stardust was a fantastic adventure. Instead of taking us through a wardrobe he took us beyond a Wall where ghosts watch evil doings and witches eat stars to capture youth. Where trees trap travelers and the lion and the unicorn really do battle. It doesn't matter who you are in the world adventure awaits you if you can just get over the wall.

Stardust is an excellent new age telling of the fable genre. Not only does it captivate the reader with a remarkable magical tale; the book delivers home with a full cast of distinguished characters. I'd highly recommend this book to a pal.

Stardust is an elegantly writen book, with an intrigueing plot, that is quite nicley made to acomedate the facinating aspects of the story.

Read this as a graphic novel first. The artwork by Charles Vess was stellar and truly added to the tale. This is one of only a handful of books I have read twice in my life.
