Many great points but a little slow. Not as good as Gods Joyful Surprises. But I still love Sue Monk Kidd as an author and spiritual writer.

Very helpful in a time of waiting on the Lord, as a butterfly waits to burst forth with wings.  Although feel Sue Monk Kidd became "too feminist,, too new age-ish" for me to use in conjunction with my core beliefs.  Enjoyed her Secret Lives of Bees and Mermaid Chair was okay.

Amazing book about life and the times in which God calls us to wait; either for what we desire most or have yet to find out what is next for you in life. It helped me better understand God's heart and the true reasons for why we wait in life- in everything we will wait...I HIGHLY reccommend this book to anyone struggling to find/see whats next, a great encouragement to me.
