A Little Princess

This book was part of the teen phase I went through of reading young-adult books about heroines. I re-read recently, and found it just as entertaining and fun.

WAY different than the movie. I hate it when that happens. I really love the movie so was surprised that there were some fundamental differences in the book (like her father actually being dead!). I still really enjoyed the book but would have probably enjoyed it more if I hadn't watched the movie first.

read and loved it many years ago, and since then have loved watching the film with my daughter
