An amazing conclusion to a stellar saga

One of the best books in the series. It does an excellent job of addressing pluralism and liberal theology. The analogies here are the clearest in the series. The book's weak point is the conclusion where it tries to give a depiction of heaven.

The Last Battle is a satisfying ending to the Narnia series. I like how all the other characters appear at the end of the book, and the description of Heaven is very vivid.

Absolutely love this book on cd.

One of the ballsiest books I've ever read. It summed up the series beautifully! It was easily the best of the Narnia books, and was the most compelling by far! The tie-ins to the other six installments were brilliant. It was nothing short of amazing and uplifting delivering hope on an otherwise downer of a book. A Great read!

A beautiful end to an amazing series. I particularly like the image of the children running up a waterfall with Aslan, never tiring, with nothing but enjoyment and companionship awaiting them. I also loved the beginning allegory of Shift and Puzzle. There are way too many apes in this world.
