more First of all: This biography is probably longer than Robbie Williams is interesting, but then again it describes only a fourth or third of his lifetime. I am not sure whether I would recommend it to fans, since the picture you get of Mr. Williams is not thoroughly a nice one. As it seems, most of the time he is a bored person with little ambition to work and many problems with himself or his position in this world. But well, that might have changed in the years between the publication and today, let's hope it for him. Still, the narrative style does often make up for the sparse content due to the fact that not Robbie Williams himself, but his indeed talented ghost writer Chris Heath did the writing. And the fact that Chris obviously spent a lot of time with Robbie, even stayed with him in his places, makes everything the book tells us about Robbie Williams' life and views rather credible. Although there both funny and touching passages to it, I am convinced there are more entertaining biographies on more fascinating personalities to read.
