A beautifully written book by Yates. A great story with an ending which is inevitable due to how relationships develop and situations change. A page turner come the last two chapters of the book. I am spurred on to read another of his novels.

This novel absorbed me completely! The tragic lives of the people on Revolutionary Road were so convicingly portrayed, I could not stop reading once I had begun. Nothing less than a masterpiece!

This was a good read but it was so honest that I almost found it too depressing to read.  It's a brave book that looks at life from the perspective of how so many young couples must feel but to scared to admit it.

Fantastic - so spot on about human nature. Read the book and loved it so thought I would be disappointed with the film - not at all Kate Winslett and leo de Caprio did the book justice - very poignant.  It will stay in my memory as one of the best books and one of the best films I have ever seen.
