Dickens' best in my opinion. True to his talent for great character discriptions, cliff hanging endings for the chapters, complex plot(s), and a serious look at issues of the day in England.

Excellent descriptions and breathtaking plot. Alexandre Dumas is so good in showing the evil side of some of the characters and at creating a plot. And when you think you know how the story will continue, you are about to be surprised again. An excellent read. Not to be missed.

Ahhhhh Miss Haversham

Great Expectations is truly a classic in literature. This is Dickens at his best. I truly got engrossed in the story, and although Dickens writes from different era in a different culture, his characterizations of the humanness of his characters are relevant even in today's fast-paced, techno society. Great read!
