Book 53 of the challenge, bought at Sue martin's bookshop in Willy. My question about this book is: exactly how ugly is Miss Norton. The daughter of a nobleman with 30000 pounds a year, but neither of the Ferrars brothers would have her. The excellent Ang Lee film ruined the S&S reading experience for me. I kept seeing Hugh and Kate.

Although, I couldn't single any character as my favourite owing to their traits; the book was pleasing for the characters and their role in society was portrayed rather marvellously.
