Oliver Twist

Fantastic, some of Dickens best writing. Consistenly powerful and engrossing from the start to the finish. Though the positive scenes are necessary to balance out the darker parts of the novel, those darker parts are described more forcefully than anything in the book, especially the last chapters on Sikes and Fagin.
