This is my fave Sarah Dessen book. By far the best out there of hers. Macy seemed real. Not robotic like many characters in modern day books. WEs was awesome. You could feel how he responded to many things. All of Macy's cateering friends were well developed in character, especially Kristy, the best friend. I loved how the problems in Macy's life are relatable and real. Her rebellion against her mother, Her sister's vital attempts to bring together the family, and how her boyfriend is a total jerk, and she's falling in love with a completely over all better guy. I never realized why this was my favorite book until one of my friends read it. She told me that the main character and I have very similar personalities, so it was easy to see why I appreciated and connected with the book so much. Now I love it more than ever.

This book is my ALL TIME FAVORITE book ever. I've read it so many times that the words are perminatly engrossed in my brain, lol. This book amazes me and i don't understand how sarah dessen does it! I've read all of her other books and they leave me in utter awe. She's my role model and i LOVE HER BOOKS!! THIS ONE ESPECIALLY!!! MY FAVORITEEEEE :D
