Great story. An insightful and imaganitive take on a classic. Loved the strong female characters.

Disturbing and not good for young audiences (younger than 13 yrs). Extremely violent depictions of child abuse.

I enjoyed the visuals and dsecriptions in this book, but it was a little too morbid at times and the ending was rather abrupt. I found The Red Necklace more enjoyable.
