Beautiful language, intriguing story. I loved Elizabeth, Jane and the funny younger girls. I remembered them from the movie too. I am currently watching the BBC production (because my work sucks and doesn't have the new movie -.- ) and seeing the movie makes the story make more sense for anyone who has trouble with the language. One big problem I had was the whole '-------shire' stuff. I read only that Jane Austen didn't use proper existing names because she didn't want to be liable to the owners or friends of the owners, but it really got on my nerves! XD Oh well. perhaps my favourite book of all time~ dunno how I can describe my exp reading the book~ just everything bout the book grabs me~ beautifully written~ one of my girl frds actually found it surprising that I enjoy such "girly" book~ however, I gotta tell ya, guys'll enjoy this book as much as girls for sure! I watched both the movie and the tv series of the novel as well~ both great:P

I love this book, its a little difficult to read unitl you get into the flow of the dialouge and the way it's written but otherwise I loved it. Definitely one of my favorites
