Lady Chatterley's Lover (Penguin Classics Deluxe)

good one but only takeaway is that swear words were in vogue even three generations ago... Not dirty enough :)

I read this in college and liked it when I was young and naive. I'm not sure I'd like it as much now that I'm old and jaded.

I'm going to be honest, if a bit of a heretic here, but I couldn't finish the book. I got to the halfway point when I finally thought, "Man, for a dirty book, this is awfully tedious." I usually admire the way Lawerence crafts his prose, but I couldn't get through this one. I may try again in the future, though.

Sucked. Never finished it. Boring.
