Henry and June: From "A Journal of Love" -The Unexpurgated Diary of Anais Nin (1931-1932)

Honest and introspektive.

After having mixed feelings about "The Delta of Venus," I read this and by the end craved the passionate life in ways I never dreamed I could again.

I'm reading it right now. Started yesterday. Can NOT put it down.

Great story.

Sometimes I want to smack Anais and Henry because they are selfish, self-absorbed, and emotionally dangerous to the people around them, but really I loved them and wonder what the luxury of being that self-absorbed would be like. Nin had the prettiest way with words.
