My Day: The Best of Eleanor Roosevelt's Acclaimed Newspaper Columns, 1936-1962

This book gave me a great history of the 40s through the 60s! This is a time in history that I wasn't really sure of. Eleanor's generation lived through so much pain! She was an amazing woman and her writings inspired me to do more with myself.

I loved reading about what Eleanor Roosevelt thought of historical events through the 1900s. Many of the topics relate to things that are happening now.
