there were lots of good recipes but ALL of the danish recipes were entirely indecipherable. really complicated directions for croissants also. time consuming overall, but the final product (if you have the time) was worth it.
Too complicated to make a lot of it (esp croissants, danishes, et al) but the stuff I could make was delicious every time.
