I spend some 45 minutes in traffic on either end of every work day and I think a lot about the roads and those who share it with me. This book took me up to and well past everything I had come to understand, as well as demonstrating how often the conventional wisdom about problems and solutions are completely and utterly wrong. Chapters are largely separate, so it is a book that permits frequent breaks, but the world it reveals is something I shall observe with renewed wonder for some time to come.   hide
