This was one of the few books I have read that evoked audible laughs from me. Any golfer with a double digit handicap will relate to it. Hiaasen has a clever way of putting into words how simultaneously agonizing and thrilling the game of golf can be.

I'm not a golf fan. I only read this because my husband owns it. I love Hiaasen's other books.
