I was really surprised by how interesting Barbara Walters' life has been. That girl got around!

Wow! Regardless of what one may thing of Ms. Walters - you cannot disagree that she changed television and was a forerunner for women such as Oprah and others. She has been many place, met many people (that I have only read about in history books) and thru it all she suffered from a feeling of being inadequate. A very interesting read.

Really enjoyed this book. She's done it all.

Very, very interesting. Moves quickly and gives an up-front seat to Babs' life.

I'm still reading the book, but I can't put it down. I never knew she had such an interesting life & career! Yeah, some parts are more like a history lesson, but it is still great to read and learn more. She broke the glass ceiling for so many women and I highly respect that! I can also relate to her on several other levels, which makes her more down to earth than we may think.

Not impressed. Rather boring. Reads like a timeline.

Enjoyed this book. She met nearly everyone, everywhere. Interesting inside view of TV news programing. As she notes, things sure have changed now with cell phones, internet, and instant news from anyone.
