A totally refreshing look at sales and negotiating. Contrarian, challenging, and sometimes uncomfortable, but once you get past the heresy it really is solid and puts sales into a far more real and genuine state of mind. Have read it several times and look forward to reading it again.

This approach to negotiation strategy is not for emotionally driven people.I'm currently mid-way through it.
