Excellent cookbook, detailing many of the bold flavor recipes that Bobby serves at his Mesa Grill restaurants.

I've tried Sophie's Chopped Salad and made the black bean soup, both of which were delicious. I'm looking forward to trying other recipes from it, and figuring out ways to make some of the recipes vegetarian.
