Just doesn't have the "zing" that other have in the writing. I found descriptive phrases repeated too many times in close proximity - as if the the though the author learned a new turn of phrase, liked it, then beat the heck out of it on the keyboard.

Plot line was average or a little above; descriptive details were accurate, but often a bit "lite;" character development was good; but not a...more
