Maybe the best biography of HRC - what makes the book is not just Bernstein's reporting skills, but his willingness to draw conclusions and make suppositions. It's not an entirely sympathetic portrait, but it explains very clearly why the country is poorer without her as President.

I love this book.  I have a signed copy and sadly it is well read instead of well preserved.  It gave great insight into her, her mind and the ever important dynamic between her and Bill.  It made me love her even more, she is a great and smart woman, who despite common belief did NOT ride her husband's coattails to success, she earned it on her own.

I read this in an effort to try to like Hillary. It didn't work, but this is a well written, engaging, and as far as I can tell, well-researched biography.
