Another Scandinavian's crime novel. So anxious. It's interesting reading about old method of resolving crime riddle as something revolutionary. Ohh yes. It's a novel written in 1965.

Read this book over Memorial Day weekend. A classic mystery, but feels a bit dated. Chain smoking detectives. Married housewives shocked at the "loose" behavior of women who flirt with men. The main detective is interesting, though, and it's a great look at solving crime with typewriters and pay phones and overseas telegrams!!
