Enjoyable book that provides a good background summary for "crowdsourcing" efforts or just plain topic curiosity. Case study examples are relevant and diverse. Good complementary reading to Li's "Groundswell" book

Good book. I appreciated the examples as well as the 10 Rules/Guidelines at the end. It wrapped it up nicely.

Easily used, solve problems with the power of your consumers. Engage them, entertain them and strap them in for the long hall. Once they help shape your service you can't lose them if you wanted to.

this is a good book for us to leverage the wisdom of crowds
