Great read! I loved all the history and getting to imagine what life must have been like in those days.  It really interested me in reading more novels about women in medieval times.

Well done story of girl masquerades as boy and accomplishes much, but in the end falls victim to love...except this one, like a few others, is based on a legend, and some say, historical truth.

I had never heard of this legend before,and am now intrigued to explore more.
