If you have a teenage girl in your life, especially if she is your daughter, this book is invaluable! Not that any of the information will be a surprise to you, after all we were teenage girls a long time ago. But "it's not the same as when you were young, Mom." While reading this book I am sending a little prayer of thanks that I am not a teenage girl. This book makes it sound like every day is a tightrope walk, i.e. stressful.

Excellent book to help you help your daughter navigate the rough waters of adolescents. As a mother of a 7 year old girl, I was reading it to find out how I could help my daughter in the future. Two things I took away from the book are the Seal method on working through problems and the importance of an ally. This is a book I will definitely be buying and keeping on my bookshelf to refer back...more
