I found this author's style to be incredibly annoying and impossible to follow. >>spoiler alert<< And the clergyman as the bad guy is so trite -- who could have seen that coming? Oh wait -- me.

It was a bit difficult read for me. Sometimes I didn't know who the chapter was about until I read a few pages into it. Some unfamiliar words also. But, overall I enjoyed reading this book.
