I am on chapter 45, this is a good book, and what i told you, is what happens in the first chapter. you won't be disappointed.   hide

If you have read other David Wellington novels prepare yourself for something different. It still has the roughness of Wellington but this is a much more stand-alone story than are his Vampire or Zombie Series. If you have read other David Wellington novels prepare yourself for something different. It still has the roughness of Wellington but this is a much more stand-alone story than are his Vampire or Zombie Series. I can certainly see how he may do a sequel but on this book is self contained enough to stand alone. In addition, this is much less of a bloodbath than his other works. It simply may be due to the fact that there are far fewer characters, as is necessitated by the setting, but it just has a different feel than his other works. I gave a four star rating as a stand alone work, but if you are a Wellington fan you may find this one a bit lacking.   hide

For a werewolf tale, this was pretty interesting. A few twists and turns kept the story moving along. You can always count on Wellington to bring something new to the table.

I enjoyed it it not to far out there,it starts with a woman in the woods alone when a flash flood hits and she's got in it,when she comes though that she then tries making it to help and the things she though she knew and what she learns,I'm not sure if this will help you much but saying much more you would'nt need to but it.
