2011-10 I read this book because I vaguely remember the Bobby Fischer craze in the early 70's and I always thought he was a bit of an enigma. now seeing what made him tick I found myself feeling both sorry for and angry with this man. A genius in one sense ... but a wretched human being on another. This book is well written and worth reading.
