Everybody's Normal Till You Get to Know Them

A very good book on understanding perspectives and a quality read at that. Ortberg's style is very simple, but it gets to the point. This is a practical help in dealing with people and should be read lightly with the understanding that the book is not written to solve your people problems, but is given to better deal with yourself around people.

Great read... or a good listen as I listed to it on CD. Ortberg's teaching is applicable in both personal and professional life.

There were some great snippets of truth that I could take away from this book and apply to my life. However, I felt like the author beat his points to death... or more or less unnecessarily rambled on about most topics. Overall, it was okay.
