Doug Fields has such a passion for helping other youth workers! And it stands a testament to his authenticity that he makes reference to female pastors in his book when he doesn't need to. IMHO it tells me that he is submissive to God's plan in his life to equip all believers for ministry, and race, sex, and other divisions are nothing with the Holy Spirit leading us on.

this book was helpful,especially the chapter on what to look at when being hired.

This book was so helpful even though I read it in my second year I still found so much useful info! I highly recommend it!!
