The Glass Bead Game: Magister Ludi a Novel

Unbelievably deep and equally hard to get through, I finished it only out of my deep love for Hesse. Most of it went over my head, but some parts hit me deep in the soul and stayed with me forever. Incredible writing, but difficult to comprehend.
