This book would be that much more useful if it covered mobile phone etiquette including when to turn it off, when one does and does not text & IM and how to overcome addiction to social networking sites while in the company of others.

If you don't have any morals whatsoever please read this book. Otherwise, it's kind of giving advice that any decent human being should have learned during childhood.

I know that my friends will doubt that I ever read this book but, honestly, I did! It really covers everything you need to know about being a considerate, well-behaved person in a very thoughtful, intelligent way. Mr. Forni's writing is elegant and concise.
