Introduced me to Malcom Gladwell (technically Stephen Colbert did that). A very interesting and thoroughly researched look at famous personalities. He discusses the idea of "10,000 hours of practice/experience leads to expertise" theory in this book. It also appears to conclude that an individuals hard work can only go so far towards success. I will continue reading Gladwell.
