Fantastic! Learned a lot!

This is a biography and a beautiful beautiful story! Had me in tears at many points throughout but was such a positive and inspiring story.

Tear-jerking! Now I want a golden retriever..! This is the first book that made me cry! Tuesdays with Morrie almost brought me tears, this however was just... beautiful! Now I want a Golden Retriever!

It's a great read! It's honest to goodness kind of biography of life with autistic children, and how parents struggle with coming to terms with their children being autistic and fighting societal pressure, ignorance and insufficient help available to try to raise their children. And not forgeting that animal instincts somehow always does the trick to human.Everyone should read it! :p

Absolutely wonderful and uplifting but oh so real for parents of children on the autism spectrum

more emphasis on what the author went thru... it's really amazing what dogs can do when human being r totally helpless...
